Take care and stay safe.
All classes are online via Microsoft Teams. I will post the link to access the class here weekly a day before the scheduled class for you in case there is no direct contact with me. The link will be posted above.
Tips to help with the online experience:
To be able to access the teams meeting, you can either download the Microsoft Teams App or access it in any browser other than Safari.
The Teams app allows me to see several of the students on my screens at a time. The amount of students that I can see is limited and if you have a question your image will come forward. You can click on the three dots alongside my name and pin my image to the full screen.
When joining the class, PLEASE MUTE YOUR MICROPHONE to make it possible for all students to hear clearly, you can unmute if you have questions and then mute again.
The light should be behind the camera and place the computer in a location so that I may be able to see you clearly. What you see of yourself in the screen is what I see. Move the computer far enough away so that I may see all of you if you want to be seen.
The cost of class is $20 per person. Private classes online are $150 for one hour. Payment can be made by sending a check in the mail or by making a payment using Zelle, Chase Pay and my email address.
No refunds will be made after registration.
Class attire is comfortable clothing, and bare feet. Baggy clothing is not recommended. Please have props available if you want. It would be helpful to your practice to have a rubber mat, a belt or tie, three blankets, a block and a chair for class, but it is not a requirement. That will ensure that there are props to assist you in performing the class efficiently.
I wish you the best and encourage you to practice yoga. Thank you for your continued support. Namaste. Leslie Riley
